Why talking about that ?? Because, your health can depend on it. If you go to bed at 12:00 p.m, and, you get up at like 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. When do you have a breakfast when its about lunchtime. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So that mean if you go to work without a breakfast, you are without fuel to start the day. For me three meal per day is the best... unless I have no money to buy food...... photo from pixabay

we always have coffee and slices of bread for breakfast. while it is true that we should eat like a king for breakfast, we must have to have snacks at 10AM to fill our stomachs for the activities for the day

I always make sure I have a good breakfast to start the day. I am up at 6am so breakfast is early. I usually eat 3 meals a day. Sometimes I will skip lunch if I am not feeling hungry but then I have a good dinner.

When I talk about breakfast, it is really just about scheduling yourself to take it in the morning instead of a brunch ,you know what I mean, you don't need to be very healthy to do that.

I would like to be more healthier in 2017 than 2016. your way of food and sleep is good to put in practice. your painting of the flower in your site was most loved by my daughter who wants to be a painter when she is grown up.
