Shad Khan who is the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-12) made the announcement on the Jaguars website on Sunday that Gus Bradley who was the head coach of the football team since 2013 was relieved of his duties after the Jaguars lost their latest football game to the Houston Texans (8-6) by a final score of 21-20.
Bradley was the former defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator from 2009-2012. His record as head coach of the Jaguars was 14 wins and 48 losses during his time as the head coach of the team.
Who will be the interim head coach of the Jaguars is not known as this time. Some people consider it adding salt to Bradley's wound when Khan said in the statement that Bradley can enjoy the holidays with his relatives.
In my opinion Khan did Bradley a favor since it was likely that Bradley would have terminated on Black Monday which the day after the regular football season ends and some football coaches get fired by their bosses.

No wonder with that awful win-loss record.

I knew he was going to be fired but I was surprised it was after the loss to the Texans after the game ended. I was thinking on Black Monday.
