unable to load the picture.....?

Hi guys good morning to all of you. I have posted a small discussion. The photo is also there I tried to add the photo But the photo could not be loaded. I am really embarrassed to see this. This is happening for the first time for me. Has anybody faced this problem earlier? The photo was relating to the discussion 'Christmas Celebration are on in the Telangana Secretariat, Hyd, India. ". Can anybody tell me the possibility of not being loaded?
