SNOW?? ICE??? I CANT UNDERSTAND

Here we are experiencing Hot sunny day of about 25 degrees of Celsius. I cant imagine somewhere ice,snow causes wrecks in other places. Climate change is here,this is no longer a scientist phenomenon.

How can you state 'climate change is here' basing it on someplace that doesn't have cold winter days and never does?
