Do u know how to increase you height ? what is the age limit till when one can increase his/her height ?

16 for women and 21 for men. Start jumping I ues to do that alot and i stop because i didn want to make the 6" mark and be taller than my sister

just do your stretching excersises and keep your weight in check,slimmer people look taller.

they say at the age of 21 ur capacity to increase height gradually decreases. i know one system that can help anyone to increase their height, that is thru stretching. everyday stretching can contribute a lot... try it...

There's a height increase device....accupressure sort... sold at "As seen on TV".... dont know whether it works.....
