There need to be Cell Phone booths ASAP

The desire to talk is a human impulse.
But talking to that other person on the cell phone is bothersome to many around you because they keep hearing this one-sided conversation between that person with the phone in hand or bluetooth on the ear and wonder what is the other person saying?
This and the fact that a shared public place is being used as cell phone users' private domain that literally turns the public place into a crowded private place and it is irritating for a reason. Nobody likes to listen to jabber jabber by strangers talking to other strangers when trying to just think their own thoughts but are being overtaken by the sound of a loud mouth cell phone addict.

@lookatdesktop I mean when they put the phone on speaker and they all yell. A woman next door used to sit under my window with the phone on speaker. I had to turn the TV on loud to drown it out.

It in fact is. The public transportation people should designate the rear end two pairs of seats exclusively for jabber jabber Cell Phone Zombies.

They should not only bring back phone booths, but also pass a law that gives citizens the right to yank a cell phone out of someone's hand and throw it in the nearest body of water, if the person is yacking away too loudly on their phone.

There are so many times that I think it sounds and looks absolutely silly seeing a person walking down the street seemingly talking to themselves but they are talking to someone on the phone.
