Anyone else thinks xmas is a sham

Obviously the christmas cheer is nice and the lights with the tree but I find people have sercumed to greed at.christmas and its not about cheer of even.family. I was sitting on the bus the other day and and.I herd a little girl demanding christmas presents I remember if you were lucky to get one present. I think that christmas was a time to be thankful but now its just over commercialized. Agree or disagree?

Well i think that would depend on the upbringing of the child. There are children who are taught how to share and be giving. A lot of this is on the parent.

I think greed doesn't depend on holidays. Yes, Christmas has been a mainstream commercial time for a while, but when a little girl is spoilt and asks for many gifts, that's her parents' fault. They made her develop a strong materialism, instead of making her celebrate Christmas as a time for being together as a family and be thankful for what she has.
