Calling -- Creative or Technical Writers to Share Your Thoughts on Both Types of Writing

Do you consider yourself to be a technical writer, or a creative writer -- or, both -- a creative and technical writer, being comfortable and productive when you write both ways? Also, what are your thoughts on technical writing, as well as, creative writing? And.. can you appreciate both types of writing, as well?

Creative writing is written to entertain and educate. It gives us a certain pleasure from reading them Technical writing is written to inform and not to entertain. It has rules to be followed. Both types are useful to me.
