I like bead curtains

I may be sounding a bit nostalgic or rather a bit retro from the 60s or 70s but I remember those bamboo and crystal bead curtains they sold at places like Pier 1 Imports and some department stores and even dime stores. Do you like bead curtains? I was watching an episode of The Young & The Restless and Ashley Abbott and Victor Newman were in a cafe talking about things while in the background these glass bead curtains set the atmosphere with a certain brightness and then I remembered how much I used to like bead curtains when I was just a teenager. I actually had some of them hanging in doorways and so did my older brother, as well as those black light posters and incense. And I really liked those alabaster eggs and rabbit furs and cork wall panels. Can you remember some of these things? Those were interesting times for me back in the day or rather back in the daze.

There's nothing wrong with that.

That is the way I feel. It was a time I felt the magic of creativity as far as making a place more stylish and such.

Wow that reminds me of the bead curtains we used to have at my grandparents' old house, so nostalgic! They seem to be less popular now, here at least.

I remember those curtains - beads and bamboo. At least they can alert you if someone is entering the room.
