How to improve strength and health

Should I work out every day to be healthy and fit? If you think I should how much time should I exercise daily? Half an hour, one hour or may be more? What type of exercse should I do? Walking, jogging, swimming or perhaps weight-lifting?
For me personally, I do a lot of jogging simply because it's the cheapest, and I can do it any where outside the house without having to join anyone or groups.Swimming can be much more expensive, especially if you live in the city. You have to go to a swimming pool, which is now quite expensive. My target is to stay in shape. Actually I love mountain biking. I used to do that a lot. Since I have no more bike, I stopped biking. This is one of expensive exercises, too.2 people like this

well u should stick to jogging since it is within your reach plus maybe add a little bit of press ups when u are done jogging also i think you should add some abdominal stretch in between and that should do, dont u think so

Yes, it is. In the city where I live, we have Botani garden, which is almost the same as Hyde park in London.
