KFC for Lunch

I enjoyed yesterday we did not dine out to fancy restaurants we just order and take out KFC foods. We ordered 2 buckets of chicken original and spicy flavor. We also had the famous bowl. Famous bowl has mashed potato, gravy sweet corn, cheese and bite size chicken. Their chicken taste great because they use many spices and herbs. The chicken is soft and tender. It's a newly open KFC branch around 30 minutes away from home.

KFC chickens are great and many are fond of chicken. However, I was reading somewhere that fried chicken is not good for health. Also, they may huge profit by selling chicken at high prices.
