What is your favorite Rock band?

Rock is one of my favorite genres of songs, and I have many favorite bands. Just to name some great examples are: The Beatles, Queen, The Rolling Stones, Guns n 'Rose and The Who.
I could spend hours typing the names of various bands, but I'll let you guys tell you what your favorites are (considering the fact that you like Rock music

There are so many good ones that it is hard to narrow it down to just one, I like all of the ones you listed as well as Rush, ZZ Top, ACDC, and the list goes on and on.

@JolietJake My husband & I saw RUSH live in June 2011. It was an awesome concert.

I could listen to Pink Floyd and the various band members' creations forever if there was no other music available. They are by far my favorite band. Queen & Metallica, too, are must-listen bands. I just can't pick a favorite but if I had to, it would be Pink Floyd.

I love rock and roll and other kinds of music too. I also have many different bands that I like and I always enjoy listening to music that is why I started a music blog. You mention some really great bands there.

For me its Queen, and the Finnish Group Lordy I think they are called. I like a lot of others but those are my favourites.

I like Rock and my favorite is RUSH. I really think they are great musicians and all their music albums are masterpieces that will be enjoyed for centuries to come (just like Classical Music has stood the test of time).
