my friend wants to be annuled for some reasons. he was been married for almost 3 years without living in the same house with his wife. he keeps on transferring from one place to another while his wife stay with her family. he got his wife pregant because he was drunk and because of his charm she couldnt resist it and she gave in. he was only force to be married by the father of the girl to protect their reputaion and eventually gave a name over his 1st born child.after the immediate civil weeding when he is going to visit his wife and son, the father of the girl would show an an in appropropriate attitude towards him. the reason is, he cannot face the fact and reality that his favorite daughter has been married to a poor guy who doesnt finish high school and dont have any work. in short the father of the girl thinks that he is in capable of raising his own family. but he is willing to prove to them that they were wrong. so he let the girl choose between him over her family. the girl chooses her family so he step out of the house and never come back again. when the girl heard that her husband had found a new girl who accept and love him for what he is, she uses their son as a bait to win him back again.she keeps on sending messages over cellphone to his husband or sometimes call him using her son as an excuse. but he was trully hurt of what happen. although he love his son, he dont want to go back with them instead he wants to be annuled over her. by the way when they get married the only proof for him is not his birth certificate coz his family name is wrong spelling doesnt have any signature, stamp or seal nor civil registrar number. in other words it seems like fake. he was baptized but he doesnt have a father.when he got married they uses only his voters affidavit to prove that he is really the person maRRYING THAT girl. is their wedding legal? he was also confuse coz the judge who assist them is a friend of the girls father.

thats sad to hear but as long as your friends signature appear on their marriage contract then their marriage is valid. your friend must under go the process of annulment if he wants to get annulled, their marriage i mean, this means that he should consult an attorney for the legal matters. greetings. : )
