I just saw this quote by Julia Roberts in the movie "Eat, Pray and Love" (by the way, a very good movie... if you have not watched it yet, here's my tip 
) and I think this is a great way to start the year.
There is no special reason for this quote, I just find it pertinent to a renewal of feelings.

I like that quote. It is what we all should be doing, Eat,pray and love is a good thing.

I read the book by Elizabeth Gilbert and loved it. It was humorous along with giving hope. I saw the movie later and really liked it. It was somewhat different than the book but close enough. The quote is on target. Some people think they have to be in love or love others before they can allow themselves to love themselves.
