I like to climb mountains. Why?
Mountains on land cry out to be climbed. When you reach the summit of the mountain, you can see the maginificient nature from a bird view. You are surrounded by water, trees, clouds. You are close the beauty of nature. You can forget anything including yourself, just enjoy that moment. You take a deep breath. your eye will be attracted by endless nature imagination and beauty.You will create your own answer for the reason you like to climb the mountain.

I love hiking when I am at my college in the mountains. Some of the trails are rough and hard but they are all worth it when you finish and get to see the beautiful view that comes with it.

@blueriver008 It's good to sit and contemplate a mountain for a few days before attempting to climb it just like you need to contemplate a person before going on a date with them.

I don't have mountains near me so have never climbed one. You make it sound so beautiful I wish I could. I will put it on my list of things to do in life. I am sure I need to get into shape a bit in order to do it so might have to drive up and look around but your way sounds nicer.
