Uninspiring, Sudden, Feeling Low

I don't know what has suddenly happened.It's the new year and we are bound to be excited and happy.... I was but till yesterday.... With no good reason I seem to be low today....Very low....
It is so sudden that I just can't believe it happened to me.... I just don't know why but this feel.has just taken over....Have been very quite since then....I just don't know what is going on..... Does this happen to you as well....

We all have our good and bad days. I am sure that feeling will pass in a few days. Maybe you are just feeling emotional and overwhelmed by the holiday season. It is a stressful time of year.
