As its used to promote ads and video of allbtype..
Any one can joint it
Ist of all you should have a gmail account and thenyou can make a YouTube channel also...
If your viedeo are good and likes are good you can good handsome money...

I have both just have not been able to do anything with my youtube. Once my computer is working again I will be doing more with it. I have heardfrom others on here that they have made some good money from doing this.

@Coolpeace yes actually there is an option called modulation which is to be active , and then if your view are about thousand views .. You are elegibke for making dollars
