What an interesting experience. One I would not really want to add to anyone's Health issues. For me this is just one of my Autoimmune disorders but what a Fun one it can be. Still wish more Doctors knew more and understood more about it, but maybe someday this will change. I find the older I get the worse I hurt at times, and refuse to take some of the meds that Doctors like to give and choose more natural ways to handle this. For others here that also suffer from this, what have you found to be a Good help for this that is natural? Do you find times that you hurt more than others?

The weather sure plays a role on pain and IBS. Lack of sleep, some nights I only sleep 4 hours, is a big issue that causes all kinds of physical problems. The best thing I found years ago is Magnesium with Malic Acid. It sometimes goes under the name of Mag-Citrate but you have to be careful because it can be called Mag-Citrate and not actually have malic acid in it. Fibromites are severely lacking in magnesium and mag-citrate (with malic acid) reduced my need for pain killers considerably. As for fatigue, there seems to be no relief from that. I can sleep 9-10 hours at night and still be exhausted.

Some days are definitely worse than others. Like @patgalca said, sleep plays a huge part in it. I've been taking some supplements called MigreLief, which contain magnesium and B-12, along with D-3... the combination seems to help a bit. Yoga helps, too, and I've found that warm showers just before I go to work really make a difference. Sometimes hot baths with Village Naturals Aches and Pains mineral soak works really well. Overall, though, I've found that the real key is to just pace myself and not push myself past my limits... even if those limits happen to be lower some days than others. Not only that, but pushing myself to get up and be at least somewhat active in the morning cuts down the pain levels, too. I also take tramadol--sometimes one a day, sometimes as many as four, and occasionally with either acetaminophen and/or ibuprofen to boost the effects. It all depends on what I need for that particular day. Luckily I have a provider who understands me and is willing to adjust my prescriptions monthly based on what I feel is necessary instead of cutting my dose randomly like the one before her did.
