#3 in my Favorite Rockies Players series is the only player in the countdown to play his entire career with the team: first baseman Todd Helton.
Todd Helton played for the Colorado Rockies for 17 seasons. During his career, Helton was a five time All Star, a three time Gold Glove winner, and won four Silver Slugger Awards. He is the Rockies' leader in hits (2,519,) home runs (369,) RBI's (1,406,) runs (1,401,) doubles (592,) and walks (1,335.) His #17 has been retired by the team.
Helton's best season was the year 2000, when he won the National League Hank Aaron Award, was the Major League Batting Champion, and the Major League RBI leader.
Helton was the Quarterback for the University of Tennessee. After an injury, he was replaced by Peyton Manning.

I knew Helton would make the list but I was guessing #1. The mystery revelations of #1 and #2 is on.
