The Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday have signed former Seattle Mariners right handed relief pitcher Drew Storen, 29, to a one year, $3 million dollar contract.
Storen has pitched in the Major League Baseball level since 2010 with the Washington Nationals.
Storen started the 2016 Major League Baseball season with the Toronto Blue Jays before he was traded to the Seattle Mariners on July 26, 2016 in exchange for relief pitcher Joaquin Benoit.
Storen will likely be working as a set up relief pitcher the Reds in the 2017 Major League Baseball season behind current closer Raisel Iglesias.
