When it comes to the things of life we always need to remember to be Open and Honest. Especially when it comes to dealing with things within ourself. So many times we want to tell ourselves we are OK even when we have Health issues or other life problems to where nothing ever changes even when things really need some help. Could be something as easy as Diabetes or High Blood pressure and refusing to take any Medications or listen to our Doctors unless something serious is happening and then we want to blame everyone else. We need to be open and Honest and strive for making things always the Best. Because even if you are only in your 20s you are not getting any younger and don't you want to have many many more yrs left to live? So take the time now to learn how to be a better person, and slowly work on things you might need to improve on. Because you are important and when you spend time being True to yourself you will become a much better person in the end.

I'm true to myself. I accept that I have some mild mental problems and that I need medicine to get better

I know what you mean and I totally agree. I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I take meds for my blood pressure, not my diabetes. I control that with diet. I have been lacking in the moving around part of my life. I need to become more active. That always helps. The one thing I don't like these days is that I used to be thinking all the time. Now I seem to be slowing down on my thinking. I always looked for something to do not I put it off more. Not good. Age sucks.

@KrauseHome That is so very true. I have been trying to keep up with my health. Sometimes it gets annoying, but we have to do it.

Very true. Being in a state of denial would only hurt ourselves. It's sad when people choose to deny things rather than communicate with people and seek help.

Sometimes I think they are afraid if they ask for help then their world will crumble around them and they might have to take upon a new way of living.
