In India,whenever an incident of rape or molestation occurs,our elders or some few "scholars" raised questions about the size of clothes wore by the woman on that day.I think it is very bad thing to do..I think there should be a change in mindset of these people..

Agree.Clothes cannot provoke anything.If person is pervert he will do that with girl in any clothes
