I have neglected to charge my laptop for a couple months and keep in touch with everyone on here. The last time this happened it was only for a couple weeks, but things have been very hectic and I have enjoyed the personal time off of the internet! My husband has two jobs now. He owns a personal care home for the mentally challenged, and as a side job he is a dish washer at a new pizza restaurant that opened up in November of last year. He's still learning to balance both jobs, but I have faith in him and I believe it will all work itself out. Our daughter will be turning 10 months old January 16th this year! I can't believe so much time has passed already, it seems like just yesterday I had her in the hospital but it has been truly amazing watching her develop into her own self. I have taken up painting again after a couple years and luckily have found a few new customers! As you can tell from my disappearance, I have taken a break from writing but I am back and better than ever! New series will be coming, I will be continuing the series I already have. I have missed everyone on here and I can't wait to see what I've missed! How has everyone been the past couple months?

Welcome back to MyLot. I get that way also. I sometimes take a break from the internet. We need to do that from time to time. It helps us refresh for this. Sounds like things are going good for you and watching a child grow is amazing. I remember when my kids were born. It was just an amazing feeling.

Thank you, it feels great to be back and VERY refreshing, I agree. I think we spend too much time on the internet sometimes, that'll just be a discussion later on They are going okay, I'm excited about everything but worried about time management and getting used to my husband having a job away from home again. How old are your kids? I know growing up I was told that time flies, but I never truly understood it until I had my baby. It's like a lifetime happens within the blink of an eye, such a bittersweet thing.

@AnnaAutopsy Time management is not easy. I have also been looking for a schedule for my online things. My kids are now 15 and 12. My son will be 16 in February. Time does fly. I remember the day my son was born like it was just yesterday. Now he is six feet tall and looks like a man. Wow. And my daughter is getting tall also. They are coming into their own now.

@inertia4 Wow! I can't even imagine my daughter being 1 years old in a couple months, it's going to be insane the older she gets. That's amazing. I hope everyone in your family is doing good! I've been wanting to have another baby, but I know that we aren't able to actually handle another one yet...I'm hoping though, one day we can.

That they are! It's just so amazing to watch and experience. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
