What's your favorite activity in the snow?

IT'S SNOWING!!! Okay, so I don't really get that excited about the snow because I am more of a sand, ocean and hot weather type of person. But since I have 2 small kids who LOVE the snow, I guess I might as well get used to enjoying it and being out in the snow when it comes. My favorite things to do in the snow is to get outside with the kids and go snowsledding in our back yard and staying outside as long as we can. Then we like to come in and make a batch of snow cream. We will get some warm clothes on, sit on the couch to eat our snow cream and watch movies together to get warm. What is your favorite activity when it snows?

My favorite things to do in the snow is to take photos of the snow around. My residence quarter is beautiful covered with snow.

That sounds great! I love photography and spend a great deal of time out and about taking nature photos. I haven't been able to get out and do a lot of photos of snowfall as we don't get that much in our area.

I can't say that I blame you one bit! If it were up to me, I would be staying inside where it's warm and drinking some hot chocolate watching movies!

Where we live now there is no snow but when we lived in NC we used to love to build snowmen, make snow angels and go sledding. =) Then we would come in and make some hot chocolate.

Those are all fun activities and my kids love them! Most of the time, my kids don't even need a sled because they would rather just roll down the hill behind our house.
