I was born in the 70's. As a child, i grew up playing outside the house, running, skipping and just physically having fun. Kids nowadays stay home. Their faces stuck with their gadgets. Doesn't it bother anyone? I don't think it's healthy.

Well let me tell you this. It isn't the kids fault they are stuck to gadets. It is the parents that stick in their faces. My nieces are tablet babies, but they also LOVE playing outside. Because their mom taught them to do both.

It is the parents responsibility to create that balance. She is doing it right.

It bothered me a lot so I always pushed my nephew outside to play when he was a kid.

Not all kids are like that, your saying that all kids do that basically and that's not true. My kids are allowed on devices if it's raining outside or too cold to be out there. Other than that, they go outside to play like I did as a kid.

I agree with you that kids today sit in front of machines and enjoy playing sports or doing exercises.

They only do what the parents allow them to do. The parents are responsible to make sure they have outdoors time too.
