up dated my craiglist ad for commisary

For me to open my food cart food time I need a restruant to back me
up so I now up dated my ad on craiglist I am willing to pay some one who has
a restrauant or bar or church with a 3 bay sink who has a health permit
to be my commissary I hope this will help me so I can open my food cart business in the spring

Depends on where you live as to what you need. Here in my part of WA State it varies on what you are doing as to what you need. But I know a State business license and then food handlers permit and wash station is a start. WISHING YOU THE BEST TO GET THIS DREAM OF YOURS GOING.

Other permits I have to
Have the commissary first
Then i can get all the permits i need
To open up.my food cart had a sink on it
The water comes out to hot.

@eagletrek2 Interesting. Then you guys cannot do Food like at Vendor events and Fairs, etc?

@KrauseHome a one day event we can set up with out a commissary just have to
call the board of health 5 days before the events, county fairs are easy to do
I might do the one here looking in to this week thanks
