Who has enough patience to do those things. There is way to become good at it, apparently you have to practice on a turn table,I think is the one you use for cakes. I find it is an art, like drawing but on food. Which is fascinating.
The frosting is the most important part, and, if your like me, I would use for the frosting natural sugar, or fruit juice in it to give more nutrients. But anyway, who likes cake and cupcakes, decoration.
If your an artist you'll find it wow...or very interesting.

It is something one would have to really want to do and enjoy in order to command the skills needed to do such a nice job.

Many years ago I worked in a grocery store bake shop. They wanted me to try my hand at cake decorating, I stunk at it, so back to baking I went. I was much better at that. I hated decorating cakes, made my hands hurt.

@beenice2 For me squeezing the bag is what is so awful. I have small hands and those bags full of icing were to big for me. So had to put less in takes longer to decorate, the store didn't care for that and neither did I, I was so glad to be pulled off decorating.
