Are the people who eat cow brains zombie want to be?

In my country it's a common meal, but not all people eat it, my brother loves eating cow brain sandwiches, he always says that it's delicious, but i see it disgusting.

It's more of pig's brains in my country, its cooked omelet style with minced onions, it's also sometimes incorporated in a soup called " misua" ( dont know if i spelled that right) or an option in fried tofu dish with chopped barbequed pig's ears and spices with vinegar called " tokwang baboy" High end bars serve a dish called "sisig" and it's an alternative ingredient, oh no we are not zombies
