Former Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone who became the interim head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars on December 19, 2016 after head coach Gus Bradley was terminated is now the new head coach of the Jaguars according to a tweet from ESPN.com reporter Adam Schefter.
It is a change of philosophy from the Jaguars who are now working with a football coach that worked with the offensive line of the football team.
Marrone signed a three year contract to be the head coach of the Jaguars who ended the 2016 football season with a record of three wins and 13 losses.
Marrone had a coaching record of one win and one loss during the two football games he coached the Jaguars during the interim period in 2016.
Bradley was a defensive specialist head coach during his tenure with the Jaguars from 2013-2016.
Based on Marrone's body of work with the Buffalo Bills was 15 wins and 17 losses in his two seasons with the Bills from 2013-2014. I am sure Jaguars fans are doing face palms today.
