A Time of Silence

There should be some time of settling down. Gathering thoughts in order to continue with "development." There's a lot going on within our society and there should be a time set aside to reflect. The pressures and the stress can weigh anyone down. A time to think about what steps should be taken next. When we're in positions where there's a whole lot of chaos. It's important to find some time to release all of the negative energy.
There's so much evil in the world. Sometimes disconnecting from the most toxic areas is necessary. Not everyone deserves to be apart of our lives. There's so many people out there who lack compassion and sometimes understand how some can be so corrupt. Just a few minutes to reflect is great. For some it days to just recoup. Coming up against the most difficult people.
The ones who just add stress to our lives. it's understood why some travel far away and start brand new. A whole new life. "The process of building up." Sometimes there's needs to be long periods away from the insanity. A time spent gaining more knowledge or creating inventive ways to leave one position to another. Periods of calmness. Silence is important and speaking important. There has to be a time to just keep the tongue from speaking.

The photo here is perfect for this subject. It looks so silent and peaceful.
Disconnecting for a time is a great idea and one that will help many of us survive the stress that is pushed on us.

Very well put. I wish that all the horrible people that live in my building or that are in my life would go away and replace them all with good people. I do not understand why some have to be so nasty to others and cannot just leave them alone and mind their own business.
