I know I'm doing this late but I was very busy the beginning of this year. Usually I don't make any but this year I decided to try to make some. So my boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and it's soooo hard but this year he's moving here so it motivated me to make resolutions/goals for this year. 1. I wanna find a way to deal with my social anxiety. I mentioned it before how it badly affects my life but lately I've been trying to force myself to deal with it but with him coming here I wanna find a way to deal with it to get a part time job outside the house to help with money. 2. Get back to the gym. My mom and I were into it every weekend then the holidays came and we fell off it and I started gaining weight so I want to get back into it and keep weight off. My boyfriend and I have also binge watched my 600lb life and wanted to make sure we all stay healthy so we're going to the gym together soon. 3. I want to try to stop worrying and fixing relationships like friendships that no longer benefit me and only cause negativity. I always give people a lot of chances and it ends up draining me and only hurting me so this year I wanna get better at putting myself first and not letting people add negativity to my life

Take your social anxiety one step at a time, and don't force yourself into a huge situation right off the bat. Like, work your way to it. I have to do that with traveling/walking anywhere alone (and that's still a struggle). I need to start exercising more, and cut back the junk. I start to make progress but then I fall out of it. It's hard to let go of old friendships. :-/ Just know that I'm always here for ya!

I will definitely go slow. I tried to force myself into everything and it didn't work and backfired so now I try to make myself go out but if i feel really bad before hand I won't go. Thank you!

@skydream Right, it's better to do it at your own pace. I hate when others act like it's something to just "get over" - like, "oh thanks, you cured me." And you're welcome!

They sound like very admirable goals, good luck with them all.I am going to stop procrastinating this year.
