Denver Broncos general manager and front office executive John Elway on Wednesday made the announcement that former Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Vance Joseph to succeed Gary Kubiak as the new head coach of the football team.
Joseph has no head coaching experience in the National Football League but it appears that Elway wants to have a defensive specialist like Joseph who spent one year as the defensive coordinator of the Miami Dolphins in 2016.
Joseph will have the chance to coach the Orange Crush defense that won Super Bowl 50 in the 2015 football season.

Elway wants a fresh face rather than a retread.

I am surprised he hired a coach that has no head coaching experience.
