Former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Sean McVay has been hired by the Los Angeles Rams to replace Jeff Fisher who was fired by the team during the 2016 football season. McVay has been the offensive coordinator of the Washington Redskins for the last three football seasons. The main reason that McVay was hired to become the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams is because the Rams management believes that McVay would be able to work with their starting quarterback Jared Goff to become an elite quarterback since McVay was able to work with Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins to become a pretty quarterback during the last two seasons.

It is a big transition. He did pretty well with the Skins..but he called too many of those straight up the middle plays..those rarely work, I don't get it!

@snowy22315 That is a good question why the Rams hired a 30 year old football coach. I guess the Rams feel the players can get along with someone who is close to their age than having a grandpa or dad figure.

@Deepizzaguy Their owner is overly involved. I mean the Redskins have some great players..they just need some consistency with their coaching staff..

@snowy22315 According to former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson when an owner meddles with the football team he owns, the chances of getting to the Super Bowl are not good.
