Teamwork: How do you feel about it? / myLot

I honestly have no problem in working with a team (especially when the workload is very large). There can be many benefits, just as there can be many problems too, but... If I can choose, I really prefer to work alone. Since I was a child I have always been like this in school. I always enjoyed working alone, I always liked having this autonomy (I feel better, and I work faster). I believe that I always work better when I work alone. P.S.: Before you ask me, no... I'm not antisocial.

Teamwork is good for many things but I am like you and do like to work alone. I usually can get things done faster and move on to the next task. Having other workers around was fun and helpful when I did stocking. Having a person to talk to helped the time go a little faster.

I do like working in a team. I think it can be useful and helpful when working this way. But I also like working by myself well. I like both.

I like working alone on my projects but I enjoy teamwork as well. What I can't manage is to be all alone in the office for many hours. Sometimes my coworkers don't have office work so they might come for a few minutes and leave for client meetings. Those days are my worst, I prefer having someone around even though I am working alone!

Depends on my team mates. Sometimes its better to have other people when you can divide the work equally or just to make my load a bit lighter. But when there's one dragging their feet and affecting my work too it drives me crazy.
