Many times especially as I get older I find myself having the need to take a nap almost every day. Since I tend to be in a lot of pain lately thanks for the Fibromyalga pain I find it hard to sleep any one time more than 4 hrs unless I am totally exhausted. The problem is trying not to take one too late in the day or I never am able to sleep at night, and try and make sure unless I am feeling super Exhausted to not nap longer than an hr or two at most. But I feel their is nothing wrong with taking a quick short nap to help yourself feel more rejuvinated. And dreaming never hurts either.

@KrauseHome I think it is good to take a short nap.But it should be before 4 in the evening.

If you can´´t sleep you could but rest. Relaxing like that can leave you equally with more energy. I do that as I cannot sleep since I came to this House. I mean in the Afternoon I can´t sleep at night no problem.

I love taking naps and siestas but I find it hard to sleep. Sometimes I'm lucky

But for dreams, we would still be stuck in the stone-age, figuratively speaking.
