My guitar brings out my feelings / myLot

I love playing guitar and singing with my guitar, if I am happy or sad I always grab my guitar to play some music and it really helps me to relax.. You what's your way to get relax?

listening to music, playing games on ipad or doing stitching/knitting and watching drama at the same time... But it's good to be able to play a musical instrument and sing by yourself. I can't play any instrument...

You can play by your own, just take a lesson and have more patience on it, because learning some musical instruments takes a lot of efforts. but you must first build an interest in yourself to learn.
