Having a Back Pain since Yesterday Morning....

I was having a terrible back pain since last morning... Also there is a turgidity in the back right side... But still I have to do my day to day work as there is no one here to help me.
Most of the time Im doing my work carrying my little one in one hand, may be because of that I have got this pain and turgidity...
I applied some balm, now its little bit ok. Hope it will heal soon.

Eek, I hope you feel better. Maybe tell your little one to play nearby only and to carry her less?

She still not understandable... Just one year and 3 months... She alwaya wants me to carry her even while im working

@amandajay Try laying on the floor with your legs on top of a sofa and your tush against it while flat on your back. Move your arms to the side straight out, then over your head and hold that position. Repeat for about 15 minutes. Do several times a day. It truly helps.

Hope you feel much better now. Better look after your back because it is no fun if you have back pain.

I am sorry to hear that. Perhaps you shall go to see a doctor or get the ointment to see whether it works at present. In a long term, I heard that swimming is good for the back pain. It is a suitable exercise for everybody. And it will not give you any side effects.

For this pain one has to sit on a bench resting tbhe thighs up to knees on the Bench leaving the knee area free. Now one should lift the feet slowly up to the Bench level. START counting from 1-5. Repeat the exercise and do it 5 times daily. There will b no such pain in the future.
