I know it's bound to happen but I am just not prepared for it.

We moved in a month ago and after a few weeks, we discovered that the water from our bathroom is leaking its way down to the ground floor. This has greatly affected most of our toilets Finally, they managed to find someone do the job but I am not prepared for the worse! I am now down with two toilets that can't be used!

Luckily, my dad's still untouched and working just fine. This is just terrible

Thanks! I am trying to stay positive about this because I just recently learned that a co-worker's house was nearly flooded and here I am complaining. So I am trying to stay positive.

No, since we just moved in. The contractor of this place will shoulder the costs including materials. I just wish they had the "right the first time" motto in their office. I know there are some unavoidable circumstances but it makes me wonder how a contractor can forget to put waterproofing in the bathroom? How? Why?
