My workout today

So my workout today started with me running on the tread mill for 20 min after getting warmed up started doing my shoulder exercises 3 sets from 3 different exercises , after that i did my usual triceps exercises also 3 sets from 3 different exercises .For last i left my abs i did 2 sets from 4 different exercises and i feel beat .
Did you work out today ? If yes what ?
