At the ER / myLot

So my 4 month old baby has been really sick and we took her to the ER tonight. She has a fever, cough, and was vomiting. They did some tests and gave her some antibiotics and a breathing treatment. They said said she has bronhiolitis and we are waiting to be discharged. This place is a madhouse full of junkies and people trying to fight. The guy behind me took too many prescription pills. Another girl is screaming. Some guy is lying on the floor convulsing...I want to get out of here. My oldest daughter almost died of bronchiolits when she was 9 months so I'm glad we brought her in...

That is so scary when they are that young. I hope your daughter is doing better. And yea I don't blame you for wanting to get the heck out of there.

I hope she feels better. Did this happen from a virus or because of the cold weather? Hospitals are crazy, I don't like them either. But they can provide the right treatment so you are lucky that you took the baby there early.
