TUESDAY: Cooking for Lunch

Good morning MyLotters!!!
Another good sleep last night though i'm still not feeling or emotionally feeling okay but at least i'm getting good sleep which is really helpful. I am cooking lunch for today! i still don't know what to cook. hehe. but i did put out beef mince. i was thinking of making mince pie and boiled vegetables on the sides. also a small portion of vegetable salad.
i'm cooking in the morning then i go to the workshop in the afternoon then housekeeping after that until 10 in the evening. it's a manageable day.
we have a little sunshine today! hurray! 0 degrees Celsius is not so bad! hahaha! really cold. but at least we have Mr. Sun out today :)
what are your plans today? should i cook something different?

Today, I decided to stay at home and not go to the office. I decided to just be lazy, though I still keep checking and working on our website once in awhile. I just don't feel like going anywhere when it's gloomy and cold outside. Not 0 C though.

@therealmaryyy Not at the moment. It's Wednesday here and according to my phone's forecast there's 10% chance of rain. But it's gloomy and windy. No sight of the sun yet.

i cooked dinner last night although i was so sleepy. My sleep was pretty messed up yesterday so i was dozing off and on for almost 24hrs. Anyway, i skipped work yesterday because of that so i'll try to catch up later on after i'm done watching Hello, My Name Is Doris. It's a good movie by the way, not super but a good watch.
