Do you enjoy driving?

I don't! It's the most stressful thing for me for many reasons. The main reason being that my vision is absolutely terrible! My depth perception is so bad that when I park my car I usually park it all by itself away from all of the other cars since I have a hard time telling how close I really am to other cars. Do you enjoy driving? Or do you prefer other people driving you?

I still enjoy driving, though not as much as I used to. Nowadays, I often ask my wife to drive because I just don't feel up to it.

I'm very fortunate that my boyfriend likes to drive and doesn't really like it when someone is driving him so it's a win-win for me.

I actually do enjoy driving - for now. I am always out and about with the kids - we literally drive everywhere near and far - and I don't mind. I do hate driving in heavy traffic and it's especially unpleasant if there are road rage drivers all around (living where I do, that's sadly typical). I stress out when someone else is driving me . . . I almost feel like I am not in control and for some reason my eyes are wide open and cautious sitting in the passenger side!

Interesting enough I am just so stressed out when I'm the one driving. Usually when someone else is driving though I don't usually watch the road. Most of the time I get too scared because I think a car is about to hit us but I have to remind myself it's just that my depth perception is off. When I do drive I prefer to drive in 9 am hour or at night when there's less cars on the road.

@Bellatricks I can understand that. I do know a lot of folks who don't like to drive . . . and I even know some who absolutely refuse to drive. I wouldn't mind public transportation actually if it were only more convenient.

I drive to and from clients every day. Also have to drive to the store to do their shopping and run errands. When parking I will choose a spot where I can pull through to the other side so I don't need to back out. I am terrible at backing up. As to having someone else drive, it depends on who is doing the driving. My husband was once a great driver and I never feared his skills until he drove the interstate. Scared the bejeebers out of me!

I hate driving. I really do. Bad depth perception, too much anxiety anymore

I don't drive at all, I never have since I am afraid to. Whenever I have to go somewhere I have to depend on others to get me there.

I never did like to drive. Once we moved south and sold my car I had no reason to drive. We are together 24/7 to my husband does all the driving. I did drive next door to the neighbor's house once since we moved to TN 16 years ago! My husband is a good driver, if he wasn't then I would be sure to drive! He is the only person I will ride with.

I LOVE driving. It is weird but it is the only time when I really have alone time and can think, reflect and just listen to music. In the past, before I had kids, if I was going through something I would always say I need to go for a drive. At times it can be an escape for me.
