Since I could not eat sweet and sour meat balls as tjhat was bad for my blood sugar I opted for a grilled cheese sandwich instead. I also had artichoke salad and lemonade , milk . and coffee. Dessert was chocolate cake great meal One original post and graphic by P Hatley copyrighted 2017

I'd gladly take a grilled cheese sandwich! I'm glad they had another option for you . . . sweet and sour meat balls can be too rich sometimes anyway.

@Hatley I don't doubt it . . . I made something similar for a party last month . . . ketchup and brown sugar goes into it . . . very sugary!

I love grilled cheese with tomato soup! I just ate a very late dinner.. A few bowls of corn flakes cereal.

@Hatley I have a few boxes of my own and my sister just gave me about 7 or 8 boxes of cereal... Kix, cheerios, and lucky charms. I will have plenty to eat for a good long time :-)

I also like grilled cheese sandwich. Actually I plan to make it at home as the grilled cheese sandwich I had yesterday was from the restaurant. It tasted really good. It is not a difficult dish and I think I can make the same by myself
