Former Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Greg Olson has been hired by the Los Angeles Rams to be their quarterback coach on Wednesday. Olson was the offensive coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars at the start of the 2015 football season before he was terminated by the Jaguars on October 29, 2016 for his failure to develop Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles to an elite quarterback. Olson will have the chance to work with Rams quarterback Jared Goff who will enter the 2017 football season to see if he can make Goff the next elite quarterback in the National Football League in the near future. Do not confuse Greg Olson the current football coach to Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen.

That's funny. he was fired for not developing a QB and hired to develop a QB.

I guess the Rams believe in second chances with Olson coaching Jared Goff this year.

Olson and Goff are kind of young guys in the profession of football and since their teams are not winning games they are under the radar.
