What do you prefer to use in routine life. Stairs or elevator. From a few days I have been trying to use stairs instead of lift or escalators. It is just an effort to stay fit and I'm feeling good about it. What do you prefer?

I hardly use the elevator unless thats the last option. Usually stairs or escalator depending on the situation.

Really depends. If I'm loaded with stuff to bring up or down I prefer the lift or the escalator. But If its just myself I'm carrying I like to take the stairs all the time. Pretty good exercise!

Upto 3 floors i always prefer steps unless there is any formal meeting. its boring waiting for elevator in some busy buildings. Steps add to fitness too. Good morning dr. how are u

I prefer stairs, as long as they are not too steep for me to climb

We have both in our condo here in Florida. I use either, depending on what shoes I'm wearing. At home, I only have stairs and love what they do for my legs and tush!
