A Fun day!

Yesterday was a fun day fro me and my family. My son was all well for after few months (nothing big, small infections and cold cough he had for a while), so we decided to take him to a local park. The park was big one,with a small artificial canal and lots of trees, flowers, and animals.
There was also a children entertainment section. So my kiddo was too happy and had lots of fun. he kept running around and we following him 
Though he wanted to step inside water, which we didn't allow.
After that, we had late lunch at a famous place and then ice cream with fresh strawberries(that was their speciality). Yummmyyy..it was!
So it was a day well spent, indeed!!
P.S. - The lad in the pic is my LO.

I stumbled upon this discussion today and that too it was appearing on the right side of my home page. Nice to hear that you had great time in the park and your son enjoyed the surroundings and was happy to run around. Kids like to play in the open spaces. It is irony that now a days due to massive urbanization, children are getting deprived of big parks and open spaces.

@shaynas - Yes, kids need natural environment to play and to grow. Sitting at home with gadgets could prove to be disastrous for their future.

Aww, your little boy is so adorable! Glad he is well now and had a blast at the park followed by a nice ice cream treat/lunch.
