Do you hesitate in saying no?

When people waste our time and we don't want to do that thing.how many of us hesitate in saying no at once because we respect that person and we don't want to hurt him/her?when it comes to a real work I do that work but when i feel it's a time waste I directly say no.what do you guys do?

For me its tough to say if i know the person, but if i don't know the person i immediately say a Big No.

For me its very difficult to say no to anyone. I don't want to hurt anyone.

Yes, it is really hard to say no to anyone. There was a time I was told to be more assertive, say no when I believed I had to say no. Then one day I said no to someone, and I was told off by the boss for not 'helping out'...
