Gravity....what if the earth starts to loose it's gravity n things n ppl start floating n slowly moving away to the point that the earth's gravity becomes lower than moon's. Would we immediately be attracted towards the moon?

An impossibility. The Earth's gravity is due to its mass.
Not to mention, we'd die...gravity holds the air in place.
