Earlier I posted about how I request payout from sites when I earned enough for minimum required payout. However at the time when I typed it and many other discussions here whenever I can.
Due to insomnia, fatigue an other things due to medical issues and my living situation I type when I can. Therefore I possibly make typo's and insult people. For which I am very sorry.
Therefore I have $3.3075 and need $10.00 to cashout, so I will need to keep typing till then. I am sorry for any past and future type o's that may insult people, just ignore my discussions. I will just be going thru the motions.

For one reason or another, we ALL make typos. I make many in the morning because I can't see very well and even in the afternoon when I can

@dfollin here is the link to admin's announcement that mylot's minimum payout is now $5. it is also mentioned in the earnings faq.
