If you watch the video I just watched, maybe you will be happier by doing so. I am watching this video now, so can you. Below is a link to it. I do not know if this video leads to selling a product, or if it is just another pseudo-science approach to alternatives to medications, but I will let you judge it for yourself. Good luck. Don't take my word for it. The link below was gotten to by myself quite by accident during a basic Google search: Below is the link for you to look at: "THE BLOOD PRESSURE SOLUTION" : They want about 100 bucks for this book. They offer it for under 50 dollars if you chose to buy it within the presentation of the video. I would advise doing more research first before deciding on paying out anything to buy that book but I also would probably want to buy a book like this if I knew ahead of time that it would take me from using medications to bringing down my blood pressure without them, more naturally.

@lookatdesktop lots of herbal medicine conne out because people believe it can heal them. Sometimes it's because the psychological effect that cure them but sometimes these plants and and flowers have the right essence to cure them. Remember herbal medicine have been used long time ago.

@ilocosboy The only herb I know of is chamomile in tea form. I drink it occasionally to relax. It may be psychological but it doesn't in any way stimulate me like black tea does.
